  • Spicy Pepperoni Pizza

    INGREDIENTS: 1/2 lb. bulk Italian sausage 1 cup pizza sauce 1/4 cup Red Rebel Hot Rooster Sauce 1 (14 inch) pre-baked pizza crust shell 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese 3/4 cup each sliced green pepper and onion 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni 1/2 cup sliced black olives   DIRECTIONS: COOK sausage in non-stick skillet until browned, stirring to separate; drain. Stir in pizza sauce and Red Rebel Hot Rooster Sauce.   SPREAD pizza crust with sausage mixture. Top with remaining ingredients. Place pizza on baking sheet. HEAT barbecue grill to medium.   • Slow Cooked BBQ Pork

    INGREDIENTS: 4 lbs. boneless pork loin roast, fat trimmed 1 (14 1/2 oz.) can beef broth 1/3 cup Worcestershire Sauce 1/3 cup Red Rebel Hot Rooster Sauce BBQ Sauce (recipe follows)   DIRECTIONS: PLACE pork in bottom of slow cooker. COMBINE broth, Worcestershire and Red Rebel Hot Rooster Sauce. Pour over meat. Cover and cook on HIGH setting for 5 hours (or 10 hours on LOW), until meat is fork tender. TRANSFER meat to cutting board. Discard liquid. Coarsely chop roast. Stir meat into BBQ Sauce. Heat through. Serve on large rolls with deli coleslaw, if desired.

    INGREDIENTS 12 burrito-size flour tortillas 3/4 cup Red Rebel Hot Rooster Sauce 3 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese 3 cups diced, cooked chicken breast 1 1/2 cups cooked salad-size shrimp 1/2 cup diced canned green chilies, drained PREPARATION: PLACE 6 tortillas on flat work surface. Spread each tortilla with 2 tbsp. Red Rebel Hot Rooster Sauce. Layer each with 1/2 cup cheese, 1/2 cup chicken, 1/4 cup shrimp, and about 1 tbsp. green chilies.     INGREDIENTS 1 cup barbecue sauce 1/4 cup Red Rebel Spicy Hot Sauce 3 pounds chicken wing drumettes PREPARATION: Heat grill to medium heat. Combine barbecue sauce and Spicy Hot Sauce in a large bowl and set aside. Place wings on grill and cook until crisp and cooked through, about 15 minutes.

    INGREDIENTS 1/3 pound boneless rib-eye steak, about 1/2-inch thick 1/4 teaspoon salt 1 1/2 teaspoons Red Rebel Hot Rooster Sauce 2 large eggs PREPARATION: Heat a skillet over medium-high heat until hot. Season the steak with salt, coat generously with Hot Rooster Sauce, and add to pan. Cook steak about 2 minutes per side for medium. Remove steak to a plate. Add eggs to the pan and cook as desired.
